Foosland Sportmen’s Club Holds CMP Clinic and Match

On Saturday, April 9, the Foosland Sportsmen’s Club held its spring CMP service rifle clinic and match. Led by CMP Certified Master Instructor Jeff Porter and associates, we had 19 students under instruction for both classroom and practical shooting experience. There was a mixed class of seniors and juveniles of both men and women attendees.
After a noon meal provided by the Foosland Sportsmens Club, we conducted our CMP match. Our instructor staff along with the more experienced shooters were a great help to our first time shooters. A great time was had by all, and we are looking forward to our fall CMP service rifle clinic and match scheduled on Sunday, August 28.
