Civilian Marksmanship Program▸World-Class ServiceI too wish to thank everyone, from Mr. Michaels on down, for the world-class service and commitment to excellence that has no equal, anywhere. All of you set the bar very high indeed. From my first visit to Anniston, and later dealings via post and cyberspace my experiences have been nothing short of excellent. I have no doubt the pressure over the last 9 months has been incredible, but the quality of service hasn’t suffered one bit. My hat is off to all of you.
