Civilian Marksmanship Program▸General▸Support was nothing less than exceptional.

I recently purchased an M-1 rifle and called customer service to change the shipping address because no one would be home to sign and receive the rifle when it was scheduled for delivery.   I spoke with Ms. Renee Woodruff and her support was nothing less than exceptional.  She went to shipping and ensured that the rifle would be shipped to a FEDEX Office very close to FT Jackson where I work vice our home.  She was extremely courteous, professional and articulate.  Those that know me would tell you that I am not known for false praise so I am compelled to highlight her exceptional support.  Please pass on my compliments to her and other supervisory personnel you deem appropriate. My very best for a wonderful Holiday Season.
