Forgive me for the delayed note, but I wanted to thank you and everyone at CMP for my CMP Special Grade Springfield Garand! It is an honor and a pleasure to hold a part of history in my hands. Thank you also for honoring my request for a WWII serial number. The receiver is from March 1945, which is just after the time my dad entered service in the Army. Who knows? He might have even trained with this one! Thanks again to you and CMP for all of what you do!
