To all the customer service people. My name is Mark. About 3 months ago I bought a rifle from you. I dealt with Melissa the first time and  she was a great help. I had  to send it back to get the barrel indexed. You sent me the label and after I called about a box, I had  it the next day. I called Fedex and the picked I  up at my front door.  Due to the weather there you got it on Tuesday at which time Sandy called me and told me she had it and told me she would take care of it. She and all you that helped me, do  an OUTSTANDING job. I can no  say enough good things about the service I received and  I WILL recommend anyone I know that wants one, to call you Thank you so much for such a great job.
