Sir, Often we find it too easy to complain or be negative about life. My dealings with the CMP Customer Service line make it impossible to have a negative thought about CMP or the folks who work there.

I had a little issue come up which was completely my doing, it had nothing to do with CMP or CMP personnel at all. I decided to contact Customer Service to see if they could unscrew up my screw up. I spoke with a very pleasant young woman named Nina Michaels at your Customer Service line. She was friendly, knowlegable and efficient. She fixed the issue I created in a cheerful manner then assured me it was no problem or inconvinience. She’s a good one and deserves recognition for her attitude and work ethic. I wish she worked for me.

Thanks for a great experience and, please mention to Miss Michaels and her supervisor that the outside world recognises her hard work and pleasant attitude.
