Oklahoma Games

Civilian Marksmanship Program▸Competitions▸Oklahoma GamesWhile at the OKC CMP Games two very good things happened. First my son Robert Davis earned his final Leg points. Second, the CMP staff swapped out the barrel on my old DCM M1 Garand for one of the Criterion barrels my son won at Camp Perry as High Junior.
No idea if you can get this message to the young man who changed out the barrels but that rifle got zeroed in 10 shots and Robert fired a 469/500 5X in it’s inaugural competition (100 yard reduced at Wichita Falls, Texas). 190 out of 200 in Prone Slow. I’m sure it will get even better after a few more matches. He’ll remember my M1. It gave him some trouble coming apart.
Thanks for all you do.
