Impressed

Dear Mr. Michaels, I’ve have purchased firearms from the CMP going back to the DCM days and have always been happy with both the guns sent to me and the fine service I received from your staff but I feel compelled to tell how impressed I was with the help, kindness and the above and beyond service I received during my last purchase from Deshay, Tracey and Vicky among a few others whose names escape me. I am retired now but was a customer service manager for a large airline for many years and supervised and monitored our customer service staff and honestly have not known any better than your above staff. I was so impressed that my first thought was I need to move to Alabama and my second thought if I started a business there, could I hire them away from you. Please thank them for me. I’m looking forward to saving up to purchase another rifle as soon as finances permit and to dealing with your super staff. All the best,
