Help, Service, Friendship

Civilian Marksmanship Program▸Help, Service, FriendshipThanks to Judy Wade, Leon Rutherford and all at the south store. On about march 10 I discovered that my M1 garand was not legal for the as issued matches at the Oklahoma games that was fast approaching. The bottom metal had been bedded. I talked with Leon and he said that I could shoot the matches, but wouldn’t be eligible for any awards. He also assured me that I would be very happy with the way my rifle shot with a new stock. I ordered one. A few days later I received my order confirmation. That is when I realized the web sit said to allow over a month for delivery. I called Judy in a panic and she was very understanding. She helped get the process rushed and I received my stock set in time to get ready for the OK games. And Leon was right on about the way it would shoot. I credit you guys with my winning the garand eic points and the great time I had with you all at the matches.
Thank you not only for the help and great service, but also for the friendships we have formed. I look forward to seeing more of you all in the future.
