Dear Sir, I wanted to take a moment and bring to your attention a recent experience I’ve had with your organization. I was interested in purchasing some 30 carbine ammo and my account info needed to be updated. With the current demand for ammo in the market place I was sure your supply would be depleted in short order. I called and talked to several people along the way one of which was DeShay B. I sent and receive several emails from her with info that helped me a great deal. She updated my account within a few minuets of receiving my club info and responded to me via email. Your staff went to great lengths to help me get my account set up to allow me to purchase the ammo. It is not often these days that you see customer service at this level.
