Great Customer Service

Civilian Marksmanship Program▸General▸Great Customer ServiceDear Melissa: I was the CEO of a family manufacturing company and when both my folks passed on I ceased operations and worked in public service for 26 1/2 years.. I was always customer orientated. In public service I encouraged others to extend themselves to those they served. I consistently explained that there was no better reference then that of a satisfied customer telling a potential customer to become a customer. I was forever impressed by those who treated customers as they wanted to be treated.
My initial contact with your organization was with Jennifer who patiently responded to my questions and introduced me to your current operation. Subsequently I spoke with Define Scott who led me like a blind man through the registration process. When she was done guiding me I actually felt as though I knew what I was doing. Instead of abuse I received tremendous customer service. It was a wonderful experience to get service with a smile and a wonderful southern accent. The last time I heard English spoken that way was when I served in the Marine Corps in South and North Carolina at Parris Island and Camp Legeune. It was my finest hour to serve my country and do that in the Marines. They made a man out of me and I could never repay my country and the Marines.
I will check the emails I get from you folks in hopes of finding some things I would like to purchase. In particular I would love to find the 1903 Springfield bolt action rifle. Time will tell if that is possible. I ask that you commend both Jennifer and in particular, Define. My thanks to you for having such a competent staff.
All the best,
