Mr. Orest Michaels. My friend, Russell H. and I planned a buying trip to CMP South on the 21 March. We try to coordinate our trips with Mr. Rutherford because of our age and long driving distance. The days of my military career doing without sleep for two or three days then doing an IG inspection or exercise are history – age has caught up with me. Mr. Rutherford always provides help to get us in there and get us out as soon as possible – we appreciate his help and it makes a big difference. We are serious collectors and have made considerable purchases from CMP. We really appreciated you raising our yearly limit on M1s. To cut to the chase – we were already committed to our trip to CMP South when we found out Mr. Rutherford would be in California not at CMP. We decided to go forward with the trip anyway. We encountered – an outstanding CMP employee – the black gentleman’s name was Sly – I am sorry that I didn’t get his last name. We encountered a slight mix up on the order – the two volunteer counter personnel did an outstanding job, but they got a little confused on filling out the papers. Sly took the time to work with customer service ( which was and is always outstanding) corrected everything and keep me informed of progress at home. I could not believe the professionalism exhibited by Sly and the Great ladies in Customer Service. We now know that if Leon is away – that if Sly is there at the store – we are still well taken care of in a very professional manner. Leon and Sly are both great assets to CMP.
