Civilian Marksmanship Program▸Gratitude

On Wednesday I received a call from a lady named Renee whom I assume is in the sales department. I had transposed 2 of the numbers on my credit card.

Renee was helpful, friendly and seemed to truly care about her customers.  She also had a good sense of humor. She went out of her way to make sure my rifle was processed that morning so I could have it by the weekend. I hope whoever receives this email will pass on my gratitude to her and will also copy it to her supervisor so that this fine woman can get the credit she deserves. Thank you.
