Civilian Marksmanship Program▸Fantastic Experience

Christina, I felt compelled to write you to say thank you to you, the CMP staff, and volunteers for a fantastic experience at the 2013 Western Games.

This was my first experience at the Western Games, and I was extremely impressed with how organized, safe, and just *nice* everyone and everything was. The Armorers were great. Quite a few of us in my group, including myself, took advantage of their help, and they were fantastic. They answered our questions, fixed our problems and basically did everything in their power to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. The staff were extremely approachable, and I didn’t feel the least bit intimidated asking questions. In short, I felt welcomed.

You guys did a great job, and I just wanted to compliment you on such an amazing commitment to the charter of the CMP. Everything that everyone did for us, and everything that went on just seemed to say “we want you on that line participating, and we are going to do everything in our power to remove obstacles and get you there, keep you safe, and engage you in the practice of marksmanship.”

Thank you again for a wonderful time. I know everyone in my group felt the same way, and I hope very much to be able to repeat the experience again next year. Sincerely,
