I am contacting you to provide feedback on Ashley Brugnone. Last week she reached out to me about the possibility of publishing a form of a recent Facebook post of mine. We have had several correspondence since that time.
As her supervisor I feel you should know that Ashley has exhibited nothing short of the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, pleasantness, and polite patience. Whatever reticence I had about asking questions and sending replies quickly dissipated because she was kind and encouraging concerning questions and edits, so much so that I confidently believe the article is far better as a result of how she handled our entire interaction.
Ashley is a superb representative for CMP. I hope every colleague that interacts with her learns from her example.
