Good afternoon, Hope you’re all having a great day. 5 Days to The Talladega 600 and can’t wait to be there on Monday! I’m writing this message to thank a 1911 Sales Clerk and to let you know how wonderful and caring she is. Her name is Kryshunda McCain. She called me from Anniston to process and schedule my 1911 purchase.  It just happened that it was my birthday that day. I’m a disabled Veteran and have limited use of my right arm due to battlefield injuries. Unfortunately my handwriting has been greatly affected by it. She was so gracious with her time as to be sure my packet was clearly understood despite the challenge my handwriting posed. She was extremely caring and made my day brighter by just interacting with her. I carried a 1911 at different times through my career and I’m extremely pleased with the pistol I received.
