Civilian Marksmanship Program▸General▸

Good Afternoon from Colorado:
I received my M1 Garand “Service Grade” on Wednesday. The rifle is much more than I expected! I was at the end of the line for a service grade rifle and was shocked to see you sent me a Springfield rifle manufactured in October 1943 – the receiver, trigger group and barrel(Oct 1943) are all Springfield!
The bore is perfect; muzzle(1) & throat(+2)!!
My father and 3 uncles all served in the Army during WW2 – 1 in Italy, 1 in the Pacific; 1 with the 8th Air Force and my father was with an automatic weapons battalion in France.
