I have had the pleasure of dealing with your customer service personnel several times in the past 4 months. I want to say how pleasant the experience has been – your folks have responded to me very quickly with not only answers to my questions and order status but went in my opinion above and beyond what I would have expected. In this day and age it is refreshing to see such good customer service reps. Keep up the good work.
