Rifle Racks

I want to build racks similar to those used by CMP. How might I go about it?
Below is a schematic of a standard CMP wooden rack. Number of rifle slots completely dependent on the builder’s needs. Click Here to open a full resolution PDF to print out.
I am having zero luck accessing these plans to print out. Numerous attempts from different posts and time frames. Am signed in to forum but wont accept my user info when asked to sign in again to view/dwnld plans….. Any ideas ?

Will this rack accommodate my rifles with a mounted scope? If not, how much should I modify the depth?

Thanks, Basic, practical and adaptable. Will be building it out of pressure treated 2x and 5/4 material for the range. So when range is cease fire and target we can rack our rifles.
