i bought what was to be mi garand stock hand gaurd wood only to find it was all a1/4 inch short so what was this wood ment foer
The Italian 7.62 M1s have shorter barrels and those stocks do not fit USGI M1s. If you see a F.A.T. stamp on your stock, it’s definately Italian.
