I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your help on 2/3/15 when I forgot to attach my Illinois FOID on my recent order for a Service Grade Garand. You were quickly available and patient while I got the required info to you to process my order and assured me that you attached it to my order. I was feeling my order may be delayed due to MY mistake but my order went through smoothly without missing a beat and right on time. Yesterday 2/10/15 I received a beautiful 6 digit WWII Springfield Armory M1 that I am SO pleased with. It even has a matching SA barrel dated with my birthday year! Please pass my thanks to the person who picked my rifle, Vickie Gardner and anyone else who may have helped my order go seamlessly even though I may have caused extra work.
