Thank you for the new scoped service rifle rule. After many years of trying I was finally able to gather leg points at the 2016 National Matches. At 60 years of age I thought that my chance had passed by and was ready to give up service rifle but the rules package has given me new “service rifle life”. I now look forward to finishing my Distinguished Rifleman quest.
