  • Talladega's August 1000 Aggregate

    The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) Talladega Marksmanship Park invites you to participate in its 1000 Aggregate Match on Saturday, 26 August 2017.  This match is open to the public; new or experience shooters are welcome.

     

    Competition course is 100 total record shots:

    20 shots at 200 yards standing in 20 minutes

    20 shots at 200 yards sitting rapid fire in 60 seconds

    20 shots at 300 yards prone rapid fire in 70 seconds

    20 shots at 600 yards prone slow fire in 20 minutes

    20 shots at 600 yards prone slow fire in 20 minutes

    There will be two sighters at every stage

     

    Entry fee is $40 for open competitors and $30 for junior competitors.

  • Weeping Water Gun Club EIC Service Pistol & .22 Rimfire Pistol E

    EIC competitors fire a service pistol, as defined by the CMP Competition Rules, over the Pistol National Match Course of fire: 10 shots slow-fire standing, 50 yards; 10 shots timed-fire standing, 25 yards; 10 shots rapid-fire standing, 25 yards.

  • Kalamazoo Rod and Gun Club 2017 As-Issued Military Match

    The John C. Garand Match is the CMP's most popular CMP Games event held during the National Matches. The course of fire is 15 shots slow-fire prone (first 5 shots are sighters); 10 shots rapid-fire prone; 10 shots slow fire standing. All shot from 200 yards.

    The Springfield match is one of the CMP's most popular events. All competitors use a M1903 Springfiled. The course of fire is 15 shots slow-fire prone (first 5 shots are sighters); 10 shots rapid-fire prone; 10 shots slow fire standing. All shot from 200 yards.

    The Vintage Military Rifle match is one of the CMP's most popular events. All competitors use a M1903 Springfiled. The course of fire is 15 shots slow-fire prone (first 5 shots are sighters); 10 shots rapid-fire prone; 10 shots slow fire standing. All shot from 200 yards.
