Background

I started shooting highpower in 1971. In 1973, I joined the Maryland highpower team and was elected Team Captain in 1975. I won the NTT Match in 1976 and again in 1979. I received my first certification in highpower as an expert. I’m a self‐taught coach and have been an active highpower and pistol shooter for over 40 years. I’m also a senior training counselor for the NRA, with certifications in rifle, pistol and shotgun.

Personal Info

I’m married with four children, eight grandchildren and four great‐ grandchildren. My hobbies are shooting, hunting and flying RC aircraft, as well as coaching youth in marksmanship.

Reasons

My hope is to promote marksmanship as a payback for all that I have received during my shooting career.

Goals/Hopes

My goal is to set up shooting/marksmanship programs in 55 counties in BB, air, smallbore and highpower.
