Ms. Scott:

The world today requires you to direct your time and efforts to current and future concerns and never to past efforts of people that helped you. Today I pay my debt to you for all the work you put in completing my order. I thank you for clearing up the delay in membership confirmation problems. I thank you for clearing up the Credit card problem when the card was hacked around Christmas time. I thank you for clearing up the change of address when I traveled to Florida during the winter.

A simple “Thank you” seems small compared to the efforts you performed. I would like to thank you and inform the Civilian Marksmanship Program that your service was greatly appreciated. I know that you get a lot of requests every day and today I request that you show this e mail to your supervisor so that this “Thank you” may carry a little more weight and importance.
