The Utah County Service Rifle Club’s October 2026 As-Issued Military Rifle Match combined outstanding shooting with classic Wasatch Front autumn weather and strong sportsmanship. Scott Asbell led the field with a 291-12X score, followed by Gerrit DeHeer at 284-6X and Bryce Kuszmaul at 271-6X. Junior competitors Boden and Corbin DeHeer also turned in notable performances, and CMP medallions were awarded to Asbell (Gold), Gerrit DeHeer (Silver), and Kirk DeHeer (Bronze). Veteran’s Day Service Rifle Match will take place on November 9 2026.
