Customer Service folks and Mr. Champion,

 

Thank you for your help in swapping out my cracked front hand guard for my Winchester M1 Garand Serial.  I hated to turn in such a beautiful matching original, but the replacement you sent was phenomenal.

Mike and Melody  in the south store helped me greatly with this rifle coming home with me and I hope you will pass the below pictures on to them to show my great thanks.

The targets behind me show a large “get on paper target” for the first enbloc I ever shot out of this rifle.  The targets to my right are the 5^th and 6^th (final) enblocs I shot in my first shooting session with this Winnie.  All HXP with mixed head stamps.   The Rifle has an original barrel (Me+1 and TE +1) and looks to be a pretty great shooter!

Every time I take a Garand to the range, I feel the spirit of those that came before me in uniform who defended and protect our nation from those who wish to harm her.

Also, please pass my warm regards and a hearty “WAR EAGLE!”  to Leon when you see him.  He is Auburn’s biggest fan after all!
