My son and I spent Friday Dec 13 at the park shooting our Garands, 1903A3 and enfield 303. The park and experience is totally awesome! The range officers were extremely cordial and helpful. When I realized we had to “qualify” at the rifle ranges to advance to 600 yds, I was somewhat nervous. The safety officers were more than helpful and courteous, helping us with “hold over “ to “qualify” rather quickly at 600 yds and EXCEED my personal goal. I’m overly impressed with the facility and personnel, and have recommended to numerous people to experience the park. It was a 3 hr drive for us and a great day trip but we may come over the day before and spend the night locally so we can enjoy more of the experience. Thank you for helping me check the box on a bucket list/long time desire in the shooting sports! James W.
