Civilian Marksmanship Program▸Serve First AttitudeSir: I am amazed by the quality of CMP service over the past 2 years but especially over the last 9 months. Your operation has, to say the least, been buried with this recent buying frenzy and yet, in the past four phone calls and 6 emails that I NEEDED to make, your staff has been overwhelmingly kind, courteous, and professional with a palpable “serve first” attitude. This is becoming rare in most businesses but with limited staff and a geometric increase in orders, one would expect CMP to collapse at worst or develop a ” snarky” telephone persona at least. Quite the opposite has evolved. Your folks are wonderful. Thank you and please make sure that my appreciation is passed on to the troops. Cordially,
