To whom, I just wanted to express my appreciation for your remarkable customer service.Shortly after I ordered my rifle I had to cancel my credit card and obtain a new one. I gave my new info to a very nice lady over the phone and she got everything sorted out quickly. Now, as to the two reasons I am writing..First, the rifle I received is not as described on your website. It is MUCH better. It is SO much better, I hope you didn’t make a mistake and send me the wrong one. This thing is beautiful! It looks like a new rifle. If this is what service grade looks like, I’m ordering another one. Second, your website says expect two to three months delivery time. I received mine in about two WEEKS! You can’t go wrong when you under promise and over deliver like that. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
