Sir or Ma’am,

I just wanted to take a minute and tell you of my experience at the North store today.

I arrived at opening and was the only one there. Two employees, Jim and Bob (I didn’t catch last names), helped me a great deal on deciding between three 1903A3s. Since I was the only one there they went over all three with me and helped me decide which one to choose. If not for them I will still be there weighing pros and cons of each. They made a difficult decision much easier especially for a novice. I could tell they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

I ended up staying and talking about the program and weapons for a while. I will certainly go back thanks to having gentlemen like Jim and Bob to help.
