To whom it may concern:

Just wanted to express my appreciation to CMP Customer Service and also the Shipping Dept. (especially Tracy) for the manner in which they handled my request to have my order sent to a FedEx location where I could pick it up, due to the fact of my work schedule and that I could not take off time from work to be at home to receive the shipment (on FedEx’s schedule).

It’s worthy of note that Tracy and the other shipping/customer service personnel involved rushed to get this done to meet FedEx’s pickup deadline last Tuesday, which meant in turn that the shipment arrived on Wednesday (as originally scheduled).

I would also like to add that I have usually been very lucky when ordering from CMP (instead of going to the North or South Store to “hand pick”), and this was no exception. I am very pleased with my new IHC SG M1 rifle.
