I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your people. I ordered a service grade M1 Garand and Melissa Isenhour contacted me to inform me that she could not process the order because of lack of stock. She let me know that I had other options to purchase Field grades if I desired. After about 10 e mails back and forth with my questions, we arrived at a solution that I found acceptable. I ended up ordering 2 rifles! All thru the e mails she was professional, courteous, informative and quick to respond. I appreciate that your organization has quality employees such as Melissa to help with the process for someone like me who is not an expert!!
