Custom Shop

The CMP Custom Shop opened for business on October 1, 2013. The CMP Custom Shop provides a wide variety of repair, upgrade and custom services for a wide range of U.S. Military rifles, specifically those issued in early eras. The CMP Custom Shop also teaches the CMP Advanced Maintenance Class and the M1 Maintenance Classes.

Advanced Maintenance Class

The Advanced Maintenance Class offers attendees the opportunity to build their own M1 Garand under the direction of our Custom Shop staff.

CMP Armorers hold the M1 Maintenance Class at several CMP Travel Games events, the National Matches and events at the Talladega Marksmanship Park.
