Civilian Marksmanship Program▸Sales▸1911 Program▸1911 SalesI just wanted to take a min to tell you how Hope has handled my request to purchase a 1911. It started out with a phone call with her requesting my club membership and FFL. She was very pleasant and easy to talk with through the entire call. At the end of the call I was left with a nice feeling. It’s always a pleasure dealing with s nice person and she is very nice. I sent the membership card which she received with no issue but that was not the case with the FFL. I called my FFL holder who happens to be a family friend. He is generally a good businessman and takes care of things quickly. For whatever reason he got the email address to Hope wrong and it did not arrive. This was done on a Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. Hope sent me an email first thing this morning thanking me for the club info and informing me she did not get the FFL. I called my buddy and we found an issue with the address he copied. We went over the correct address three times and he resent. I received another email a few hours later with Hope letting me know it did not arrive. I called my buddy and he sent the FFL to me. I forwarded it to Hope and for whatever crazy reason it was received on her end to small to print. She immediately sent another email letting me know and offering to contact my FFL holder for me to get a usable copy. I got out my laptop and sent the FFL again. The attachment indicated it was 1.3 mb in size. I assumed it was a good copy she could use. Hope as soon as she received the new FFL let me know it was received and was usable. She informed me she had everything needed and the order would be processed. As you can see I was her problem child for the month of Jan , maybe even the whole round 4. She’ll be sitting around with co workings joking about what a problem I was on her first day back after the Holiday lol. To be very honest I’m very embarrassed to be such a problem for a staff I know is very busy dealing with customers foaming at the mouth over these. I never like to increase anyone’s workload.
I just want you to know I’m very impressed with her professional attitude through all of this mess. She never once did anything but help me work this out. She never expressed one negative thing through this from start to finish and I’m sure it must have been a little frustrating to not be able to accomplish something so easy on my part. She is a credit to your operation and I’m very thankful for the devotion she exhibited in making this work out for me. I can’t say enough good things.
I know to many people this is just a gun but I’m a Marine who’s father served in the navy during WWII in the pacific. This pistol is a piece of history to me and I’m glad we are able to purchase them. I’ve asked my son to hold onto this after my passing and see it stays in the family as something I consider historically important. Thank you again for having a great staff that works very hard for your customer base.
Best regards
