I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your outstanding customer service today. I cannot imagine how stressful your job must be with the high demand for these 1911’s. Just in reading some of the social media post and various comments of impatient or otherwise unpleasant individuals, I’m sure not every interaction you have is a good one. I greatly appreciate the time you took to explain the process and handle my order with great care. While I’m sure you had to handle many orders today, I did not feel rushed in any way. Your cheerful and professional demeanor represent the very best CMP has to offer and I cannot thank you enough for such a pleasant experience in processing this order!
