To everyone at the CMP,

I received my M1 rifle today and it is beyond everything I could have hoped for.  I have always wanted one of these, but could never afford it on a lowly teacher’s salary.  My experience with the CMP was excellent-the rifle was delivered to my door within a week of submitting the paperwork.  The price was extremely reasonable for such a great piece of history and I will hold on to this rifle and pass it on to my children.  The condition was flawless-it appears to be like new.  I am creating a World War II exhibit for my students, many from poor and disadvantaged backgrounds, and with this museum-quality piece of history, I’m sure it will enrich their experience by giving them a tangible piece of historic value.  Again, thank you and I will continue supporting the CMP in any way I can.
