Consumer Tickets Now Available for CMP’s Outdoor Premier Expo in Alabama

TALLADEGA, Ala. – The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) is excited to host the 2026 Premier Shooting Expo – an extensive outdoor gathering of trade professionals, open completely to the public!
The event is set for June 27, 2026, across the 500 acres of CMP’s Talladega Marksmanship Park in Alabama. The Expo will feature exhibitors from trusted marksmanship companies like Faxon Firearms, Hornady, Volquartsen and Flambeau Outdoors well as from other industries, all showcasing a variety of products available on the market today.
Through this rare opportunity, guests to the Expo will be able to personally interact with vendors (allowing more focused attention to each individual’s needs) and experience hands-on access to current product lines. Guests may even take products from the display table to the range to test upon Talladega’s Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Archery, Action Bay and Unknown Distance areas.

As a bonus, the CMP will be offering an exclusive look at our M1 Garand by CMP! Built from surplus and new commercial components, the rifle is forged to exacting standards, marked with a contemporary CMP crest. Internally, the rifle retains the original gas-operated, rotating bolt action design combined with CMP’s modern machining to ensure tight tolerances and durability.
Visitors to the Expo will not only be able to view the M1 by CMP but will be able to test fire on the range!
