We are all quick to complain when we experience a transaction that doesn’t happen as expected. But conversely we need to elevate those that do good work. I sent in an order for a Garand Expert that was received by CMP on Aug. 29th. Several times I emailed for a status since I saw people in the forums get their guns before me even though the applied well after me. If my emails got answered, they were short and not really helpful. Recently a lady named Chancy Ratzlaff answered my email and told me the reason my order was delayed was they were waiting for confirmation of club membership. I immediately sent her the confirmation, she asked if I could receive it the next day. Wow! Then I emailed her back and requested changing my original order from 30-06 to 308. She said no problem. Chancy was a breathe of fresh air for your customer service. She represents CMP well. Please acknowledge her for her professionalism.
