I wanted to take a moment to write to you about one of your employees, Ms. Christina Roguski. I recently signed up for the M1 Garand maintenance webinar. I had several issues and questions between the time I signed up for the webinar and when I actually took the webinar. When I signed up, I also asked for the downloadable version. A computer glitch caused me to be only signed up for the webinar and not the downloads. I Wasn’t sure about the time of the webinar as it was listed in Central time not Eastern time. There were a few other issues I had as well. I think you get the idea that I was a pretty “high maintenance” customer. Ms. Roguski was 100 percent supportive, professional, courteous, outgoing, and helpful. Without her assistance, my experience with the webinar would not have been as good as it was. Every time I had a problem, Ms. Roguski was on top of it within the day. She was always there for any questions or concerns I had no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. I am very happy with the webinar and very happy with the video downloads. I wanted to take the time to tell you that you have a very good employee in Ms. Roguski. Without her efforts, I believe that CMP’s overall product delivery and customer service would not be as good as it is. Her performance was what made my experience well worth the $50.00 I paid.
