This service includes the removal of the old barrel and installation of a new barrel. The chamber will be finish reamed to give proper headspace within military specifications. The transfer of the rear sight base from the old to the new barrel makes this a more time consuming procedure than for the 03A3. Applicable for standard barrels in 30-06. Our procedure for proper fitting for competition use and maximizing stock life is time consuming and highly recommended.
